Peavey Standard Mark III Series (1978)
Description
Here's the first set of captures of my Peavey Standard Mark III Series amp head which is from 1978, they made 4 amps in that series that are killer amps and they are hard to find. If you do, they are often not super expensive so buy it before I do!! The amp is a solid state 2 channel amp with 2 inputs per channel and there is an option called Automix which is both channels at once so you can blend. Similar in operation to a Sunn Beta Lead/Bass. The captures in this pack are all from Channel 1 and Input B, this is the lowest gain of all 4 of the inputs and this is ideal for putting your own pedals up front. Fuzz, distortion or overdrive work well. If you have RAT style pedals then you will love this! Channel 1 controls are straight forward Gain, Low, Middle, High and Volume. Channel 2 is a liitle more complex but we will come to that when I upload this captures. All of the individual captures are named with the settings of the amp included. Those with V1 at the end were 100 epochs and those with V2 at the end were 1000 epochs. Information:- Reamp Box: Palmer Trave Interface: Universal Audio Volt 2 DAW: Reaper Trainer: Tone Zone 3000 Models: Feather Epochs: 100/1000
