Peavey 6505 1992 Original

Description

These are captures of a Peavey 6505 1992 Original head, this time with the Post-Gain (Master Volume) set at 1. My previous set had the Master at 3, which made those captures a little thicker sounding. I trained these Standard models using a combination of Google Colab and TONEZONE3000, both with the input and output calibration filled in for 11.5dBu. The TONEZONE3000 files (277kB) were trained at 1000 Epochs, and the Colab files (290kB) were done around 800-900 Epochs. I'm curious to see if the input calibration works out with these. Settings are in filename as follows: Channel - Pre-Gain - Bass - Mid - Treble - Post-Gain - Resonance - Presence Signal Chain: DIYRE L2A Reamp - 6505 - Suhr Reactive Load - Steinberg UR824 set at 11.5dBu The Rhythm Channel’s Pre-Gain was set at 3 (dialed for Strat single coil cleans) and 6.5 (for distorted rhythm). The Lead Channel’s Pre-Gain was set at 4. I tried to change up the Resonance and Presence settings, so I could flip through different settings depending on the genre of music I was working on at the time. I'll be posting my calibrated version of my Maxon OD808 which I've been using to boost my captures.
