Make and model
Boss SD-1
Description
Inspired by the awesome JCM800 Zakk Wylde model recently uploaded by ArlingtonAudio I did 2 captures of my old 1983 Made in Japan Boss SD-1 pedal. Captured at 11.6 dBu level. One model has Zakk Wylde settings as found on internet, all knobs around 6.5 http://www.sdmfworldwide.com/images/zwboard2.jpg Other model is a more commonly used boost setting, volume around 85%, drive around 15%. Tone around 1 o'clock. Will work as a boost for a lot of amps. Expect to setup noisegates in your rig, DAW and/or NAM, as a SD-1 into a cookin JCM800 can get a little hairy.
