Darkglass Alpha Omega Ultra

Description

Arlington Audio - Neural Amp Modeler library ------------------------------------------ Darkglass - Alpha Omega Ultra +Tutorial This is the most ambitious capture I've done to date; fully replicating a pedal into the digital world. This isn't exactly the easiest thing to set up but if you follow the tutorial then you should be okay and end up with a fully featured emulation of the Alpha Omega Ultra! You will need the following software: Neural Amp Modeler: https://www.neuralampmodeler.com/ Golem VST: https://www.airwindows.com/golem-vst/ Impulse Response Loader EQ Curve Values: Low Shelf: Boost: 159Hz +18.28dB @6dB/oct Cut: 163.5Hz -16.91dB @6dB/oct "250Hz" Band: Boost: 282.06Hz +12.3dB @12dB/oct Cut: 283.8Hz -11.54dB @12dB/Oct "500Hz" Band: Boost: 565.6Hz +11.28dB @12dB/oct Cut: 613.7Hz -10.89dB @12dB/oct "1.5kHz" Band: Boost: 1658Hz +11.48dB @12dB/oct Cut: 1613 -10.87dB @12dB/oct "3kHz" Band: Boost: 2904Hz +11.48dB @12dB/oct Cut:2904.9Hz -11.07dB @12dB/oct High Shelf: Boost: 2011Hz +18.93dB @6dB/oct Cut: 2164Hz -19.53dB @6dB/oct Technical details: Captures: 38 @ 1000 Epochs per capture. Pedal: Darkglass Alpha Omega Ultra Channels: Clean, Alpha, Omega Peak: ~3.5db (average) Interface: RME Fireface UFXII Preamp: Golden Age Pre73 MKIII Reamp Box: Radial Pro RMP (Level modified) Referenced with Event Opal monitors and Sonarworks. Stuff people have requested: -10dBFS sine tone at 400Hz from DAW -> AC RMS reading of **2.15v** at the 1/4" plug after reamp box. 10^(-10/20) = 0.3162 **2.15**/0.3162 = 6.799 20log(6.799/0.775) = **18.86 dBu** If your interface has 12dBu instrument inputs: 18.86-12 = 6.86, you have to LOWER the input in NAM Plugin to -6.86 dB for the capture to sound correct. While I offer my libraries for free, donations would be appreciated and will go towards expanding this library https://paypal.me/arlingtonaudio
