Mesa Boogie Badlander Rectifier 100W EL34

Description

If you like my work & want to support it, you can do so here: https://paypal.me/2dorNAM Mesa Boogie Badlander Rectifier 100W (EL34) with real cab loads (Mesa 2x12, Mesa 4x12) Trained with NAM v0.10.0 using the new methodology Steve published: https://neural-amp-modeler.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tutorials/calibration.html • SEND level: 22.903 dBu • RETURN level: 13.303 dBu The next iteration(s) of the plugin should work with this new metadata and gain stage profiles automatically. If your interface is rated at 12.5 dBu, just slide the NAM plugin INPUT knob down by about -10.4 dB (12.5 dBu - 22.903 dBu aka the SEND level) for now (29-Oct-2024) when playing these profiles (assuming NAM is the first plugin in your chain). Reamp chain details: -------------------- • RME Fireface UCX II -> Signal Art -> Mesa Badlander 100W -> St.Rock React:IR II (with Messa 2x12 Horizontal & Mesa 4x12 Oversized Straight in the THROUGH port) -> RME Fireface UCX II Additional details: ------------------- • 6 combinations, each trained twice so => 12 direct profiles (full amp) included • Each amp combination has been trained with the STANDARD architecture (works on the Dimehead NAM player) as well as a HD architecture I have settled on after some experimenting • ESR graphs available here: https://mega.nz/folder/TtoinT5a#9ZgwiXF-zLl3NFqZHkNBZw • A spreadsheet / guide to understanding how each profile was dialed & the source of inspiration: https://mega.nz/file/fhxHmRiS#dxAwP05U0R_0ZDK4uBFkTPOcn_YDEYoHnpjJMwitqmc • Unlike my other Badlander profiles, these DO NOT need the [CabMatch] impulse responses. They were reamped with a real cabinet loading the output transformer of the amp • Great video on how to use the calibration (dBu) value: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/4rn4pXpNzg4
