Ceriatone Molecular 50W

Description

Retubed & rebiasd my Ceriatone Molecular 50W today and shot some direct profiles of it into the Behringer GI100 using the React:IR reactive load component. All tonestack dials / pots are at their midpoint (aka "noon"). Only difference between them is I had the three 3-way switches on the front-panel in different positions: • CHR = 3-way character (affects the lowend Resonace/Depth frequency) • EDG = 3-way edge (bright switches; bypassed in the middle position) • ERA = 3-way Jose mod (diode clipping; disabled in the middle position) GRT "girth" is a negative feedback pot; kept it at 5 / noon for this lot. • Profile types: Direct (IR required) • Tubes: v1 TungSol, v2 JJ ECC803S, v3 JJ E83CC, 2 x TungSol EL34B in poweramp • Signal chain: MOTU M4 -> SignalArt Reamp -> Amp -> Behringer GI100 -> Loadbox -> Behringer GI100 -> Motu M4 • Reamp chain calibrated for: 16 dBu • How to use the "calibration (dBu)" value: https://youtube.com/shorts/4rn4pXpNzg4?si=gRH-UWjWSxrFADvR
