DOD Tec4x (DOD Corrosion Presets)
Description
What we have here are preamp models of the DOD Corrosion pedal and these have been compressed and EQ'd with the onboard effects. You need to run them into a power amp and use impulse response for your cabinets. You can open two NAM instances, the first for the preamp and the second for the NAM poweramp capture. I have included two of my Peavey MP-4 Mark III Series mixing amp, there are plenty of power amp captures on Tonehunt if you want to use different ones. Use your IR of choice and I would suggest playing with the NAM EQ and using a separate graphic EQ plugin or a parametric one. The DOD Tec4x itself came out in the mid to late 90's and has built in gate, chorus, detune, flanger, delay, reverb, EQ, compressor and 3 types of overdrive/distortion. The 5 DOD Corrosion captures are the pedals presets which go up in increasing gain. You can snag one of these units on EBay for under £50 or $50, an old skool bargain!
